Clients
Who can use it: Super Admin and Project Manager.
A client is a company your firm delivers for. Every project belongs to one client, and client users only ever see their own company’s projects.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”Keeping clients separate means Harbor Foods can never see another client’s work, even by accident. It also gives you one place for everything about a client: its details, its projects, the people you deal with, and who can sign in.
Use case
Section titled “Use case”Bluepeak has just signed Harbor Foods. Ravi (PM) adds Harbor as a client, records Harbor’s finance contact, and invites Tom, Harbor’s product owner, as a client user. Then Ravi starts the Harbor Ordering App project straight from Harbor’s page.
