Progress and your actions

Who can use it: everyone on the project.

You shouldn’t have to ask “who’s this waiting on?” Every feature shows its stage, who’s holding it up, and what happens next.

Monday morning, Ravi opens the Harbor project overview. REQ-4 is at Validation, waiting on the Project Manager: two test runs need verifying. Ravi selects the action, lands on the Test Cases tab, verifies both runs, and REQ-4 moves to Acceptance, now waiting on Tom.

REQ-4 in the example: the first stages are done (green) and Validation is active (blue).

Test cases start as soon as the requirement is signed off, alongside the spec and tasks.

State Meaning
Done Finished
Active Happening now, with the role it’s waiting on
Blocked Can’t move yet, with the reason (for example, Architecture isn’t signed off)
Upcoming Not started

Anything waiting on you is listed as an action, such as Sign off the requirement, Approve the spec or Verify 2 runs. Select one to go straight to the right tab.

The project Overview has one row per feature, with its phase and who it’s waiting on, so you can see the whole project at a glance.
