Roles and what they can do

Roles are the same in every firm and can’t be customised.

Role	Sees	Writes	Approves
Super Admin	All projects	Everything; branding and domain	Nothing. A Super Admin never signs off or approves
Project Manager	All projects	Clients, projects, teams, features, priority	Firm side of a requirement, test cases, test runs
Architect	Projects they’re on	Docs, tasks	Technical docs, specs, tasks
Developer	Projects they’re on	Docs, specs, tasks	—
QA	Projects they’re on	Docs, tasks, test cases, test runs	—
Client user	Only projects they’re added to	Features (with the PM), files, comments	Business docs, client side of a requirement, acceptance

Note

Everyone, clients included, can comment on features. Clients never see specs, tasks, team or settings.
